This top is beautiful. It has lace ruffles on the entire top. I've only wore it once. It looks too long on me because I'm really short so doesn't look good on me. It has short ruffled sleeves. You will love this. It's 191/2" across and 26"down and it does stretch.

I'm sorry, it says med but could easily fit large because of the stretch.
