Not only does it have some of the BEST recipes I've ever tried, it also teaches you techniques on how to prepare, cook and freeze (safely) meals ahead of time so you have them ready for your busy week. I usually spend 3-4 hrs on a saturday preparing 5-7 meals and have enough meals for two weeks for our family.
