Here's how to "win" this!
Go to coinbase.com and set up an account.
~ Coinbase uses your e-mail address, so it's very easy.
~ Coinbase is the most popular cryto-currency "wallet" for beginners!

Sending crypto-currency to/from coinbase is FREE ...other types of wallets require a fee to send/receive "coin".

AFTER you open your coinbase account,
~ click on "settings" and

i just got an email response from GEE, i had asked if XNK could be exchanges for ether after being withdrawn, and he said " and he said "We don't have any updates on exchanges just yet. We will share information as it becomes available." so as of right now, there does not seem to be a way to exchange XNK for other crypto coins at this time. for now it can only be used on Listia. also there is no way to convert XNK into USD. i am sure Listia is working on having this changed. hopefully soon.

They can't legally comment on exchanges until TODAY ... after the release of INK. That is why he could not answer your question. XNK is a US based crypotcurrency so follows US laws ... That is an SEC law ... most crypto is NOT based in the US so other laws may apply, but this one is!

You can send your INK to an MEW or other ether wallet (be sure it will accept the INK contract before you send you coins. I know MEW works).

Exchanging it via MEW is not known. I asked yesterday. I will find out as soon as I can. It could be that we will have to sell INK on the exchanges, which I've never done and plan to move very slowly in testing.

Once you convert INK to ETH, BTC or LTC you can move it to your coinbase account and cash it out that way. So there IS a way to do it. Today the XNK token is freshly released so MEW's acceptance in allowing it to be converted within MEW to ETH is unknown at this time.

He could not legally comment on exchanges due to SEC laws. Until today. Now Listia can give us mor details. You have to send ink of Listia to exchange ink for other coins or cash. But you can do that.

Yup, got it figured out. Exchanged my credits to INK. Sent some INK to MEW. Got set up on IDEX to exchange INK for ETH but I'm waiting. I was actually tempted to buy XNK on IDEX but I gotta slow my roll ...

Lots of presale buyers are dumping INK right now so the price is only at about 10 cents.

So now I know how to cash it out but I'm holding off. I'm using bituniverse app on my phone and that's an easy way to see the $$$ value of INK ... on idex it shows the ETH value of INK ... haven't figured out yet if I can change that to dollars ... so it is all a bit confusing but MUCH easier than I imagined!

If you jump in just be careful, thoughtful, fire up the calculator. The first step is to add the XNK token to your MEW. THEN you can send INK/XNK to MEW. The token address is available on the New Currency links ... I don't want to post it here because Listia might change it (like they do with web sites posted in comments). You gotta get the contract address for yourself.

FEE is 1.1 XNK regardless of how much you send. So I suggest you send a tiny amount first (maybe like 10 INK), be sure your wallet gets it (might take a few hours today, things are NUTS on the blockchain). After that, send as much as you can at one time. You pay 1.1 INK if you send 10 INK or 10,000.

The token address is available on the New Currency links ... I don't want to post it here because Listia might change it (like they do with web sites posted in comments). You gotta get the contract address for yourself.

If you are watching the value of XNK on an exchange be AWARE of whether that is in ETH or dollars. I think it will MOST COMMONLY be in ETH. That's why I like the bituniverse app for watching the value of XNK in $$$ dollars.

i was also told that after XNK release, listia would buy all credits, without a sell order limit, but i dont see the sell credit link. i canceled my last sell order so i could cash all out at once.

I didn’t have any credits put up for sale. Listia will not give you CASH just INK. You have to convert your credits. It’s not automatic. They will not cash out any of your credits as of today I believe.

here is a part of that email After Ink is released (On 2/28 at 6AM PST)

You will be able to place credit sell orders without any individual limits. All sellable credits can be sold.

Buying credits will no longer be supported on Listia, so there won’t be any more Listia members buying your credits.

Instead, Listia will directly buy out your credit sell orders in their entirety soon after they are placed.

Proceeds from credit sales will continue to be deposited into your dollar balance, which you can then use/withdraw. Withdrawals may be pending for an additional day or two based on volume.

The rate will continue to be fixed at 27,500 credits/$.

Honestly I don’t get that at alll. I think they meant they would let you trade all your credits for ink. I’m sorry I’m getting and answering dozens of questions and I’m pretty sure my brain is bleeding. I’m gonna take a break I.e. nap for a while and try to answer more questions maybe later tonight.

I’m the meantime keep posting comments and watch for other people to comment who also might be able to answer your questions.

You can still sell your credits for cash, or turn them to Ink. For those who still have sellable credits, they could get quicker cash on paypal instead of dealing with Ink.

Yup. I sold some. Cashed out immediately. Remember you are paying Listia 20 percent. So it is certainly an option but the fees make it less profitable. Not sure if I will cash out or convert credits I have coming in this week. Gotta do some math on that.

During the day ink settled in at .09 or so. I still think it might go up once the initial presale buyer dump ends. So it's something to think about.
