Good cosmetic condition, but I cannot get item to to turn on, I have tried connecting to usb and nothing, I think it may need a new battery, No idea, selling AS-IS for parts or repair.

I do not know what generation it is. It has a built in USB stick so no chord is required.

There is a reset button in the tripod screw base. Unfold a paper clip and insert it in the small hole. this needs to be done while it is plugged into a USB charging cable. Hold it in for about 10 seconds. Then leave it plugged into he USB for several hours - one day. sometimes they have been uncharged for so long, it takes a long time for it to recognize the charging. If still nothing, pitch it. The batteries cannot really be replaced. The device needs to be totally disassembled, and the battery is buried under the screen and circuit board. The batteries cost more than he device is worth, especially considering the amount of labor involved.

Also, plugging it into the usb of a computer should start the software download.they have free software inside that will automatically install. I have some I sell as well. Sadly the newer ones like yours crap out after awhile and the batteries are too hard to replace. The older ones are fatter, but take AA batteries. You can even put in rechargeable AA and the USB hookup will charge them, so the older ones are nicer, but almost twice as thick. I totally agree with you about e bay! I'm looking into Bonanza for cash sales, but still undecided. Where all do you sell?
