To get that number, you take 19.99 X .09 cents = $1.80. If you wish to place a bid, figure out how much you would buy for an item like this. For example, if you wish to place a $5.00 bid, you take $5.00 and divide it by 0.09 cents, it comes to 55.56, which is what you would type in the bidding section. Helps to have a calculator.
