It is in used condition with normal wear and scuffs, hinges are NOT broken, screen has NO cracks.

***NOTE: The stylus is NOT the original and is approx 1/2 inch to long for the hole... it sticks out.

Battery life is unknown, I DID NOT charge this before taking the photos and listing this.... but this has been sitting on a shelf for 2 months and has held its charge as seen on the battery icon in photo.
