Do you know of any defects now? Are the clips functioning enough to hold a sweater?

One clip sits at a slight angle. I don't believe that is enough of a defect to cause it to malfunction. The clips still stay closed and the chain is in good condition. I don't see any rust either. So yes I believe they can still hold a sweater.
