correct be careful with taking that screen out they have suction cups and tools for this on Ebay for like 3.00 free shipping.you break the icd ur screwed....Yeah this goes over the ICD....

NO You would need the ICD also and there alot of money alot of times the screen just cracks they have special tools on ebay for 3.00 free shipping!!!! Look for Ipod touch screen replacement tools and even look up screen replacement for LCD....

if your internal screen is damaged your screwed because this is the outer casing to protect the inner screen....so my question is.Is your outer screen cracked or inner screen and outer screen cracked because if your inner screen is okay your good but the inner screen is what lights up and if its cracked its destroyed because inner screens are expensive......
