This is the official first edition winged dragon of Ra that was released to the USA instead of an 8-digit card code at the bottom of the card there is Japanese writing there so it's completely authentic it's an easy $20 - $30 value

eh, if u say so. but cards can still have scratches and a part of the print can be slightly chipped so u can see a speck of shininess from foill. ill believ eit when i see with my own hands lol that being said ....why aren't u selling this on ebay? o.O i cud prob have a better chance in purchasing it lol

I would use eBay but my paypal won't accept my credit card info so I couldn't use eBay but I decided to use this instead it's almost as good

paypal can still accept payments. I was able to add debit/credit/prepaid cards in there. You could also add your bank account there as well. The only issue was that the funds were more or less stuck in the paypal account.

And what credit card was it? It's strange for paypal not to be able to accept a credit card.

if its a visa there shudn't be a reason why it can't be added....are u sure u did all the procedures right? the 16 digit credit card number, date, and billing address? sometimes it could be the billing address, or it could be when you had to renew if any name/address is changed
