This is so cute! It's in great used condition. Only been used a few times. It can be used as a shopping cart cover and a tummy time mat. It's in excellent condition. Comes from a smoke-free and pet-free home.

Yes, it does. The flaps velcro shut while being used as a tummy time mat. I will take more pictures today.
