This auction is for a First Year, W/VDB initials, 1909 Lincoln Wheat Bach Cent Coin.

This coin is in much better shape than most seen these days, and I would easily place this one between an Extra Fine to Almost Uncirculated grade.

I have always used the "Wheat Heads" on the reverse side to grade these old pennies and as you can see, they are all intact without any wear spots at all. As well, the jaw and cheek bones on Lincoln's bust do show a slight wear, but are also seperated. Finding an old VDB in this condition and "Brown" in color will make for a great addition to any collection.
