I believe this Southern Pacific Tank Car is for display only. The wheels turn but they do not appear to be fixed so that they won't run around curves. Nice display item for the railroad collector or someone that wants to rework one. Possibly a Readers Digest freebie for subscribing.

Scale is HO; maker is High Speed Products of China; car is display only, since it will not "take" curves on track.
