I'm with you on the animal abuse things. I have a Shelty now. i don't know if he is pure bred or not. I found him running down a street and heading for a major intersection.l I chased him round and round. He wouldn't let me get close to him. . Then he jumped in the open car door. I put up signs to locate his beloved family. After a few days I figured out that he was abused by his family. I took down the signs. He had been starved and kicked in the tail end. It took me several years to convence him that no one here would do that. He is reaching old age now, but has had a happy life with us. Nancy
