The listing, Adobe Photoshop Elements 6 has ended.

This is pre owned. But in nice shape. I bought this in 2008, but never really did get the hang of it. Its good for those who love photography and editing pictures. It comes in its original box, with manuel and cd rom and original cd rom case. As well as the serial number to install it with on to any computer, the serial number is on the back of the cd rom case. This is a good way to try photoshop rather than spending hundreds before you realize whether its for you or not.

Yes. The serial number / licence number can be used to reinstall on different conputers.

I know its for PC. And works well with windows 7 and xp and windows vista. The box doesn't mention mac. I have windows 7 premium and it works with it.
