Jewelweed is an excellent plant, and is great to have at the edge of your yard somewhere.

For those that aren't familiar with it, know this - Jewelweed is a natural, and *extremely* effective cure for Poison Ivy. If you come in contact with poison ivy, just grab the soft, juicy stems of jewelweed and rub it thoroughly wherever you think poison ivy might have touched you.

I have never seen it work less than 100%, even on those that are severely allergic.

People often sell jams made out of this plant, or soap, as a poison ivy remedy. I personally just use the plant itself, but that's also effective (depends on how much time you have on your hands I guess).

In the wild, Jewelweed can often be found growing near poison ivy, as poison ivy can't kill it. However, if you have poison ivy in your yard and no jewelweed, that's what this auction is for :)
