yes it works it was verizon so you can reconect it with verizon but recently i was using prepaid cards i dont want it anymore because i have a house phone now and id rather buy a camra off here

is it clear to activate? no unpaid bill? the Esn is the number used to activate it. if someone has an unpaid bill it makes the phone bad and you cant use it.

I spoke with a Verizon salesperson today and they said you don't need the data plan. And if you want one it's an extra 15 bucks a month instead of the 30.
