The transmitter has 2-channel proportional joystick controls. The left stick controls the throttle and the right stick controls the motors for turning. The range is 1500'; beyond that range, the motors shut off and the plane comes down.

The plane's single-piece fuselage and fiberglass tail boom are exceptionally tough, but several spare parts are included; a spare main wing, a spare tail wing and 2 propellers! You'll need 8 AA batteries for the transmitter.
