The listing, BIG lot of fresh Canon Pixma ink carts has ended.

I ordered these online, they are for certain Canon Pixma printers but not MY Canon Pixma. Then I ***** around too long and it's too late to return them. They are stamped good to 06/2014.

These are for; Pixma MP500 Pixma MP510 Pixma MP520 Pixma MP530 Pixma MP600 Pixma MP610 Pixma MP800 Pixma MP800R Pixma MP810 Pixma MP830 Pixma MP960 Pixma MP970 Pixma MX700 Pixma MX850 Pixma iP3300 Pixma iP3500 Pixma iP4200 Pixma iP4300 Pixma iP4500 Pixma iP5200R Pixma iP5300

There are 3 each Magenta, Cyan, Yellow, black, and the fat black, for a total of 15 unopened cartridges- I did open on of the black ones but not all the way, before I discovered the mixup.

It doesn't really say; they are generic. The receipt says: Canon PGI-5BK CLI-8 15-Pack Compatible Ink Cartridges w/ Chip for Pixma MP500 MP530 MP600 MP800 iP4200 iP4300 iP4500 iP5200 iP5200

I doubt that there would work on any printer that is not one of the Pixma models below.

If I had a printer company, I would make a standard cartridge set that works and stick with it unless there are technological reasons not to. I think it would build a lot of brand loyalty. But that is not the business model they use today.
