I got it without trying it on 1st!
Got home took tags off, held it up
in the mirror & though "Looks Small,
for an XL!" Looked at it's tag & it's a Large!

The hanger & price tags said XL, but inside
it's marked LARGE! Hate when that happens!!

Well I would say yes, but that depends on your cup size! Because of where the ribbing is at on the blouse. A ( D ) or smaller should be fine because it's a VERY stretchy blouse, but I'm larger in cup size & it didn't lay right on me. Hope that helps?!
