Up for auction is a beautiful counted cross stitch and macramé Christmas (or anytime) ornament. I don't know if it has ever been used.

I purchased it at a church sale last fall, but we downsized from a bigger "green" tree to a small fiber-optic tree this past year, and I don't use ornaments on the fiber-optic tree.

I hate to see this beautiful work just stored away in a box, so decided to let some lucky Listian have it! It's precisely done, and starched stiff, so it will last for a long time. Actually it could be hung anywhere, even though it was probably meant to be a tree ornament.

It measures approximately 3½" x 3½", not counting the hanging loop. Would look pretty in a frame against black velvet too (loop would have to be cut off).

Scan is a little fuzzy around edges because this isn't a perfectly flat item, but I think you can get the picture! :)
