This is an HP model 2000 Notebook PC LapTop computer with a 4GB memory and built in mic and camera. It says Windows 7 on the sticker but it has actually been upgraded to a windows 8.1. The battery is brand new! It comes also with the charger cable. The left mouse button on the touch pad has come off, I do not know how to put it back on. The cover to the CD door has also come of and I don't know how to fix that either. These seem to be only cosmetic, and the systems appear to all work fine.
