I don't blame you one bit, russiangems (in regard to your update above). Over the past 6-7 years, I too have had my fair share of obvious and blatant scam artists win my auctions. Most of whom had long and well-documented histories (in their feedback reports) of pulling the same stunts, over and over again. When I wrote to Listia Admin asking for support each time, they simply ignored my Ticket Requests. No follow up from them, nothing. Every time. I gave them cold hard facts, proving the habitual and fraudulent behavior of these criminals including several who literally had (and still have) hundreds of accounts of fraud clearly documented in their feedback. Listia chooses to turn a blind eye to this problem, allowing these types to continue preying on good people. I have heard from other reputable sellers the same- no support in these cases, no follow up or response from admin when notified. It is a shame. I guess it all comes down to.. greed. And the almighty dollar. They don't want to terminate anyone who is active, since they do make a small percentage of each sale. Same reason Listia is in such shambles today.. (greed). They (owners/shareholders) got too big for their britches and thought they could make a mint on innocent people. Well. We shall see..
