We did do some research on this issue.... We bought a storage unit which contained these. We found the closest way to categorize these are like movie posters (collectible memorabilia). Like movies and CD's it seems to come down to the rule of "first sale" I own these and I can sell these. but I cannot reproduce them and sell more. I have about two copies of each of the ones I have posted. BUT once they are gone I cannot keep selling what I don't own.
