I have here a gently used size 3X dark blue sheer shirt. It being see through you'd probably want to wear something under it. It has a pretty flower lace panel on the chest with a lightly frayed pleated design around the panel. (the fray is design and not wear on the shirt)

The bottom has little ruffles all the way around it and a bit above there are a few pleats like at the top of the shirt. The design on the bottom goes from the front of the shirt to the back. There are a few more of that similar pleat'ish design on the back. The shirt has a little drawstring that you can tie to the back into a cute little bow.

I've described the shirt to the best of my ability. There is no damage to the shirt.
