A fairly rare card, an early Bowman Chrome refractor, and numbered to only 100 cards. The international parallel features scenes from a player's country (or state if from the US, like Norton's Texas). While not much of a player in the majors, Phil Norton was reasonably solid in his minor league time.

No noticible flaws on the card, just one I found at a card show that I thought was cool. Will be shipped in a card sleve and top loader, though.
