Well written and engaging, Price's ( Sleeping with the Enemy ) new romantic suspense novel posits an intriguing situation.

Mary Quinn Eliot is the brilliant author of best-selling novels thought to be the work of her abusive husband. When Randal Eliot dies, Mary falls in love with Paul Anderson--only to find similarities to her former husband. Suspenseful and engrossing, this abridgment flows well and immediately captivates the reader, with many heart-stopping moments along the way.
