I do smoke, however, I do not smoke in my home. I will be washing all my clothes before sending them out though (and my hands) before handling the items. :)

the pic of the front looks like it has some stains or is it the lighting f&w

There are no stains. It's the fabric and the lighting that is creating the look. :)
I actually had an auction that had a bidder and I contacted an administrator to close down the auction because I did find a stain on the shirt. I did notice the picture and looked over the shirt very carefully. I have a green one just like it that I'm selling that if you look on it, you will see the same spots.
