This is a Jawbone Icon Bluetooth headset. I only used it with my iPhone for about a week, and with my PS3 I used it a few times before I got my other headset.

I've shown a picture of what you receive (the headset, charging block and charger), a picture of it charging, several picture snapshots from my iPhone showing where the Jawbone is detected, hooked up and showing the battery indicator at the top. The fact that this bluetooth was designed with the iPhone in mind to show how much battery life you have left is pretty cool and was a selling feature to me. It will obviously work with other bluetooth enabled phones. It also works with the 4th Gen iPod (I do not know about any other gen).

I also have a picture of the headset hooked up to my PlayStation. I also have it showing where the voice is recognized. I'll just be honest, if you can't afford a Turtle Beach or another higher end headset then this will do the job for gaming -- however it's not TOP NOTCH for it but like I said, it does work. :)
