Amber stone, with beautifuil design on each side. These are also known as Poison Rings, Box Rings, Compartment Rings, Potion Rings - These rings feature a small compartment that can be used to store small items. Some people use them to keep medication handy. You could also put a small prayer or wish on a peice of paper and keep it in there...size 5 or 6 I think.

I have had it in my possession for four years, and never worn it. It came from a police auction, so who knows how old it is.

I have a poison ring that I bought out in New York back in the 1980's, it's all sterling with the exception of a gold (or brass) engraved band on both sides, has a dome on top of it of it with a blue stone inlaid - it has a little clasp on the side to open & shut it.
