If you pay with e-checks the payment must clear before I send out your item.

2~All items that are Won will be shipped out that day or the next day upon receiving payment and cleared on Pay Pal .

3~ I will only ship to verified Listia addresses so please provide that instead of sending a Business Name or a different name~ nickname etc ~ through Pay Pal and I don’t know who you are ! Because I can’t ship and make sure it gets to you in a timely manner other wise.

Yes I do help people that way but keep in mind that if it is more that one item you will just need to send the actual shipping cost for the package so for example if shipping is $5 on one and it fits in that package I will ship for that~ but if it doesn't fit we will have to charge the amount for the larger package. Hope this helps
