blue raincoat with yellow strap for a dog or cat. i assume its for a dog or a cat because the tag says paws and claws. the raincoat has a hood, a yellow belt strap with Velcro, and a little pocket on the back. it is a nice little raincoat. has a few very small spots on the back under the hood.

i am soooo happy that you say dog AND cat,,,cuz, this would be for my cat, and this is the first thing ive seen that actually says its for both! so, do you think it would fit a smaller/medium-sized cat? thanks,,,sheri and jasmine! :-)

im not really sure ive never worn clothes on a pet before but the tag says paws n claws so i assume its for both. i measured it and its about 12 inches long if that helps at all.
