I bought this toy in Micheal's Stores sometime ago, I'm guessing about 2 years ago. Measures about 4.5" inches in overall height. I never used it for Halloween, but thought it was a cute toy collectible. Its a mini bear dressed in a Halloween witch outfit. Item is NEW on package. When you press its belly, it actually laughs. Made in China. No scary sounds, or anything in case you want it for kids. Not meant for young children under the age of 3.

The item is in full working order, but it has a non-replaceable battery. I cannot guarantee how long the battery will last, but its still a cute collectible item.
