When I found this Incredibly Stunning, Cameo Poison Box Pendant, at my Latest Estate Sale Venture, I could not believe my eyes! And once the Estate Owner's sister told me its age and history, I could not believe my ears! This really was a Once in a Lifetime Find!

• After speaking with the sister regarding this Gorgeous Treasure, she explained the Cameo is comprised of Coral and Shell! Her sister loved everything having to do with the Ocean and Seashore! So because of this, she collected and wore, Pearl, Abalone, Mother of Pearl, Natural Biwa Formations, along with other Shell, Clam, and Coral Jewelry every day!

• She confirmed the Cameo being made of Coral and Shell, as it was her who purchased it for her sister's 40th Birthday in 1970!

• Not only does this Piece have some weight to it, but it also measures approx 2in Diameter, not including the Top Bail! So if the Fortunate Winner decides not to wear this, it will still make a Lovely Display Piece!

• At almost 50 yrs old, it is in Immaculate Shape! So much so, I think it may have been frozen in time!

You sure it was new when sis. Bought it in 1970 as i. Have grandmas. That. Was made in 1930s looks exactly like this one and is. Not cheap

Oh really? Well then that makes it even more interesting now, well personally at least! Haha!

However, the sister never specified to me really, if it was already Vintage when she purchased it, and or, Brand New, so now I am extremely curious to know! Especially if it's from the 1930s, as the shape its in is so Incredibly Immaculate!

But a Huge Thank You, paulredmon, for the Extra Information, and or, possible completely New Information, Insight, and Advice, as this very well may turn out to be even a More Fortunate Find than I initially thought!

I looked all over, and was not able to find any type of Stamp, and or, Makers Mark either! Even with a Magnifying Glass! So if you look at Paulredmon's Comment above, I'm thinking he may be correct in that it is much older than I even thought myself!
