No shampoo needed--this is a once a week treatment which acks as both the shampoo and conditioner

the intructions are on the bottle--you will lather your hair --apply Wen to it-let sit for 3-5 minutes and rinse--and it will not lather up like shampoo it is more of a exfoliate --you can always google it

sorry it took so long--this will last about 6 months--your not suppose to use it but 3-4 times a month--and depending on thickness of hair of course

I use these, love them. The cleansing conditioner is to be used every day or whenever you normaly clean your hair. The extra conditioner is for once a week or longer depending on your hair condtition or damage. Great stuff!
