Ideal for charging your electronics on the go, works with Black & Decker's very versatile VPX battery & tool system.
Use it to charge your: MP3 player, Ipod or other MP3 player, Blackberry, Iphone, or cellular phone, as well as to power small LED lights and such while camping.

NOTE: Does Not Include Battery!

I don't use this kind of power supply. It was shipped to me instead of a large drill battery I ordered, and the seller told me to keep it. I don't have the battery or charger for it, so it is of no use to me. I can't say what the blemish is, because I haven't opened the box. It shouldn't affect performance, only appearance, and you may not even notice it at all.
