RUBY!!! The real deal, a beautiful ruby, 8x6mm, set east-west in 9.25 (stamped) sterling silver, plated to prevent tarnish. There are 3 brilliant, round cz's on both sides, white and about 2mm each. The gallery sits up 1/4" high in the center. The original retail price is $49.00. It is new, but I don't have the box it came in. Avon describes the ring as: "July's birthstone: the ruby is said to bring strength, vitality and courage. It is also associated with devotion, integrity and happiness. The wearer is believed to be blessed with an increase in wealth and love. Specially plated to prevent tarnish." It is size 7, size stamped inside. It is a beautiful ring, never worn, you will love this ruby!

It is sterling, if you want to read the description, go to Avon products site, click on to jewelry and search for ruby rings. I only buy sterling because silvertone doesn't hold up for me.
