Hi i have three android tablet all are as/is
1st craig model-cmp738b it is stuck on android screen will not boot it wood be an easy fix if you know what your doing comes with charger
2nd is a nextbook model nonext5 its just comes on and show a white screen does nothing eles it comes with manual chager and a real nice case with a pin and a notepad
3rd is a coby kyros model-mid7120 with web cam it has a broken outer glass i could not test it because i dont have a chager for it all of these are as/is no refund because i can't whast my money shipping these thanks

yeh i tried the reset button still no luck i think u have to go download the andriod factory restore on to a mini sd card and put it into the tablet not sure

Something is wrong with those tablets.. because my hubby got some thru work and he went thru 3 of them in no time at all. After using them a few months they stopped working. Just like someone else said.. it shuts down after a few seconds.
