This is a brass looking decorative richural FROB W/lucky coin in his mouth. The frog has red glass eyes.
These are said to be placed in your office or home at the front door facing it in a corner or away as to conceal, but facing exactly the front entrance door to anyone who walks in. The legend goes like if this is placed in the proper place the coin stands for you to have money that year or in future to come. A lot of money.
