I may be able to help witht he ESN?? has it ever been reported stolen or lost? and if your not sure call customer service at verizon and ask them they will probly ask for the IMEI number found behind the battery on the sticker. i hope this help

I know for a fact that this is definitely an LG Cosmos Touch. Also, I just wanted to put out here, a little bit of info on the LG Cosmos Touch just to help with explaining this phone, since there seems to be a just a little bit of confusion about a few things dealing with this phone.
