Here is something fun for you. These where my mom's. She had them for years. THESE ARE NOT REAL pearls!

The 1st pair are white , 60 inches total length, but they have no bag, don't know where they come from, and they are so big, I can't scan them properly.

the 2nd pair are approx 34 inches total length. pinkish in color. They come with their own satin bag, as seen in the scans.

Both are individually knotted, on good strong string.

So that's 2 strands of FAUX pearls & 1 satin bag.
