Got this at the Dr Who Panel at Comic Con in 2011 in San Diego. So sweet! It is a stretchy nylon material, very colorful. Has the following on it:

The Weeping Angels with words Dont Blink
Cybermen
Sonic Screwdriver
Ood
And of course the TARDIS with the words Its Bigger On The Inside

Goes from wrist to almost up my shoulder (I'm 5'8) and never been used just took out of package to take pics.
