I think verizon did away with Unlimited Data witch was what i had they now let you choose a data plan with 1GB being the lowest i'm not sure what the pricing is now

its really up to you, id recommend sticking with 1gb or something small if you do not plan on using internet that much, plus it dose have wifi so if your at a hot spot u can just use that instead of using any of your data
