The listing, Beautiful Blue Strapless Dress with Bow! has ended.

BRIGHT BLUE strapless short dress. Big bow on the side. Very adorable dress. I have only worn it twice. The bow kind of flops down a lot though (simply from wearing it), and would either need to be sewn down, or taken out.
I wore it for halloween once and took the bow out and put peacock feathers in the hole where the bow goes instead. So, it has many uses!
Says size LARGE, but I would say it runs about a size 4-6 since it is VERY stretchy! :)
Great condition. Smoke/pet free home!

I am a size 10 now and it stretches enough to fit me, but it doesn't look flattering on me due to my tall apple frame. So, I think it really depends on your body type.
