yes. you just have to punch harder. i would not do it yourself. have someone else punch it hard and fast for you.

no needle. you pierce what ever with the earring just like you would if you went to claires to get ur ears pierced. i think a regular 14 g

I assume that the earring in the pack is what you use to do the piercing, is it surgical steel or hypoallergenic - no lead or nickle?

Erm, I'm sorry but you're never suppose to pierce your nose with and ear piercing gun!!! Ever!! It can damage the nose because it it a cartalige piercing, and you shouldn't do your septum either, it's a bit stupid and dangerous. When you pierce your septum it has to be a certin spot on your nose and a gun would make that very hard. Ear piercing guns are for ears only, and you really shouldn't really encourage other people to do something stupid/dangerous :/ I'm not trying to be rude or anything >.<

i'm not telling anyone to do that. it's their body...they can do whatever they want anyway they want.. i would think people on this website would be smart enough to know what they are doing. and the gun is small and disposable so the septum would be easy....people to pierce their nose with it. sorry we don't share the same opinion.
