Sadly, my daughter is outgrowing some of my favorite items. This black tutu skirt is from H&M (which has THE BEST kids clothes!) its in excellent used cond. Elastic Waist so you get a lot of wear out of this, their clothes seem to grow with kids more than other brands. My daughter wore this from age 1 to 4!! But tag size says 2-3 Years.

This would be perfect for Halloween, or just part of a cute and trendy outfit!!!

Lined, exterior full tulle tutu, which upon arrival you may have to fix and pull and poof it once outside of package.

for anything with tulle...you can wash on gentle, you can dry it on low. And the best way to reshape and remove wrinkles is to hang the item in a bathroom with the shower on hot...the steam makes the wrinkles drop right out of the garment. Just check on it every 5-10 mins...*shrug* or let it sit if you don't mind the water use or heat...

if you have a gentler setting on your dryer than low...use that instead, but low's always worked fine for me.
