Despite this listing's title, this handcrafted washcloth origami cupcake is by no means edible! Though summer is about to officially leave us, there's no reason not to pay tribute to its sweet cold delicacies!
As you can see, the cupcake is topped with one of summer's favorite treats--ice cream! Though this is topped with a cherry, it's a pom pom one and again, not edible! The reason I'm mentioning "not edible" is because in the past, I've had a few inquiries about recipes--despite my clearly stating "washcloth origami." Moving past the ice cream cone, the cupcake maintains a summer theme with different ice cream cones and vintage pictures--including a Popsicle and a woman wearing sunglasses--that are enhanced by swirls of blue, gold and tiny white crystal beads. Placed in a colorful floral cupcake wrapper, the measurements are 3" diameter and 6" high.
In creating washcloth origami, I have two goals: 1) to have you completely forget that this item was once a simple washcloth and 2) most importantly, to convince you that this is an item worth having. I take a no limits creative approach in creating washcloth origami and believe that you'll be pleased with my handcrafted creations.
