No, this is a heavier item and can't be sent via media mail. So, I am asking for $3.00 to help with the costs of shipping. I am sure that to some areas it will cover nearly all expenses and to others only part.

It is the best way to ensure secured payment for both parties. I understand if it can be cumbersome or inconvenient, but I find the assurances for buyer and seller outweigh the tediousness of setting up an account.
