This is a never used Make up brush (shirt,fat, handle) and a matching little zip up pouch to store it in. Both items are made by the makeup brand: M A C. Both items have hello kitty on them. Very nice set!

I just measured it with a heavy duty tape measurer lol. The bottom of the bag is 3 1/2 inches. The zipper part is 3 inches. The brush itself is 3 inches tall. Hope that helps. Thank you for fanning me. I will fan you back :)
