Very unusual stamp, as the postal cancel seems to be of the same ink as the rest of the stamp. I have one Chimarra stamp, but was very disappointed to read that about 90% of these particular Epirus stamps are forgeries, and some forgers even had the original plates to work with. I have considered having mine certified to ensure its high value. Very cool and interesting stamp, thanks for listing!

I get wary of those also and a lot of other stamps but I do my best to get provenance on them. Does not work out all of time but I have also had a lot luck. Thank you.

What I meant to convey is that you should do your research and if you are leary do not buy it. I was a little leary but I bought it.
