The back completely laces up so whoever helps you to lace this up can make it come in or out in the right spaces.

The corset is a size34 although it fits a chest size 32 or 36 well too. The back completely laces up so after you put this on you will need someone to help you lace it up so it can come in and slack up for you in the places just right for your shape
